Always Verify with Built-In Validation
Low contrast between foreground and background colors is the #1 reason custom QR codes fail in the real world. After styling your code, tap the ••• menu on the preview screen and choose Validate—the app tests your exact rendered image against its decoder and confirms it reads cleanly.
Will adding a logo in the center break the QR code?
No. QR codes use Reed-Solomon error correction, which allows up to 30% of the matrix to be covered while remaining 100% readable. Even better, you can tap 'Validate' in the app to verify your styled QR code decodes instantaneously before sharing or printing.
Can I use my own image from Photos as the center logo?
Yes. In the Customize screen, choose Custom Image to pick any logo or photo from your iPhone Photo Library, or select one of the built-in vector icons (Heart, Star, Wi-Fi, Person, Phone, Mail, Location, Bell).
