Open QR Code Reader & Generator → Creator → + → Create QR Code → pick Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, or App Store under Social Media.
Step-by-Step: Create a Social Media QR Code
- Open the Creator tab and tap '+'
Launch QR Code Reader & Generator on your iPhone or iPad, go to the Creator tab, tap '+', and choose 'Create QR Code'.
- Select a template under 'Social Media'
Scroll to the Social Media section and tap Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter (X), or App Store.
- Enter your handle, link, or phone number
Paste your profile link, video URL, or WhatsApp number and tap Create.
- Customize and share
Optionally customize the colors and center icon, then tap Share to save the PNG to Photos or AirDrop it.
Will scanning the QR code open the native Instagram or YouTube app?
Yes. When you encode a standard https://instagram.com/... or https://youtube.com/... link, iOS Universal Links automatically open the native Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, or App Store app if installed on the user's phone.
